The North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Championships will take place from August 15–17 at the Grand Bahama Sports Complex, bringing together elite athletes from across the region.
During an official launch event held Thursday night in Grand Bahama, organizers and stakeholders kicked off the countdown to this world-class track and field meet, which will see athletes from over 30 NACAC member federations competing in 45 thrilling events.
This year’s championships hold added significance, as they serve as a key qualifying event for the upcoming World Athletics Championships in Tokyo this September. With international rankings and championship berths on the line, the competition promises to be intense and inspiring.
NACAC, one of six continental area associations under World Athletics, is the governing body for athletics throughout North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Track and field fans in The Bahamas and around the region are in for an exciting showcase of athletic excellence, national pride, and regional unity as the countdown to NACAC 2025 continues.
